WHY
Raise money for our school while having fun with your friends!
HOW can I help?
Walk, run, hop, skip or jump onboard with our fall fundraiser! Because of drastic cuts to the school budget, fundraising efforts over the next school year will be critical. In lieu of a catalog fundraiser – which requires us to hand over as much as 60% of the money raised – the PTA will sponsor a fun-filled event where 100% of the proceeds goes directly to our school.
On October 14, students, teachers and Randolph staff will have the opportunity to walk, run, hop or skip as many laps as they can in 20 minutes. Your job as a Randolph family is to ask family members, neighbors, friends and co-workers to sponsor your child. Information packets will go home with students on September 7 – please review these materials! Complete as many sponsor mailers as possible (7 per child is our goal) and/or collect sponsor donations in the given collection envelope. All addressed and stamped mailers and collected donations need to be returned to your child’s teacher by September 21 in the white collection envelope. We will then mail out your sponsor letters from school with return envelopes included. Your sponsors can simply fill out the form and mail their donation back to Randolph. (Don’t forget to include stamps on your mailers!)
Families are welcome to come cheer us on during the day of the run! We will send home a schedule so you will know when your child’s class will be participating. Each child will receive, at no charge, Roadrunners on the Run t-shirts to wear the day of the event.
