We will have color-coded tickets for dinner (red) and games (blue). You will receive these tickets in your advance order envelopes you pick up on the night of the event, or if you purchase dinners and game ticket books at the door. Please make sure you turn in these tickets when ordering dinner or playing games to help us keep track of our numbers for next year’s planning. Thank you!
WHAT IS THERE TO DO?
Eat food, of course!
Stop by the cafeteria for a great meal (spaghetti & meatballs, salad, rolls and drink) prepared by our cafeteria staff and served by our teachers! Visit the dessert table filled with homemade goodies, or purchase a sno-cone ($1 each). Last meal served at 7:00. Take-out is available until 7:00.
Play games, have fun.
Have fun playing an assortment of games set up in classrooms around the school and in the MPR. Play a game and win a prize ticket (but don’t worry if you don’t win, you won’t walk away empty-handed!). There will be the ever-popular face painting and moonwalks, and don’t forget to redeem your prize tickets at the prize table! All games close at 7:30, the prize table closes at 7:45.
Bid on some awesome auction items!
From golf outings to themed baskets (Gardening, Gift Cards, Cookie Lovers, Car Care and more!), come down to the Media Center and place your bid. Then stay and hear the auction winners announced during the 4th & 5th Grade Chorus performance at 7:30. Auction items must be paid for at the event, no exceptions. Cash or check only.

Volunteer Your Time
Our biggest fundraising event of the year cannot be done without your support! Help set-up before the event, work with Mrs. Hawk in the kitchen, or run a game – a donation of your time will help us make this a night of fun for the whole family! Visit Sign-Up Genius to volunteer.

If you are a local business owner, why not consider sponsoring Spaghetti Dinner Night? We’ll recognize your business on signage at the event, in our PTA newsletter, and on our blog. And your generous donation will help raise money towards enrichment activities for our students.
Donate an Item for the Silent Auction
We are looking for a few great items for our silent auction – sports memorabilia, arts and crafts items, restaurant gift certificates, jewelry, golf gift certificates, or anything else of value. If you have an item that would work in one of the classroom baskets (there will be a list of baskets on the PTA bulletin board outside the cafeteria) or as a stand-alone item, please let us know!
