OPERATION FREE MONEY!
Stores we shop in on a regular basis want to give us their money – let’s take it! By following the steps below, you can help us to raise the most money in a single year from donations by our local grocers. Get your friends, family and neighbors involved. It only takes a few minutes to make a huge impact on our school.
Box Tops can be found on hundreds of participating products. They are worth 10¢ each when our school redeems them from Box Tops for Education. Every 4-6 weeks an envelope will come home. Place your box tops in a plastic ziploc bag or sandwich bag and put the bag inside the envelope. On the outside of the envelope, write the date and how many box tops you are submitting. Return the envelope back to school to your child’s teacher. It’s that easy! Encourage your friends, family and neighbors to collect as well.
Please contact Tracy Cronin if you have any questions regarding our Box Tops program.
One of the easiest ways you can help RES raise “free” money is to register the Reward cards you already have and use! We are currently enrolled in the Kroger, Martin’s and Target classroom reward programs. Here is how you can click and link your Reward cards to RES:
KROGER: Have a Kroger Plus Card? Take a copy of the school’s bar code to your local Kroger and have the cashier scan the school’s bar code along with your Kroger Plus card. It only has to be scanned once and Randolph will receive profits from your future purchases every time you use your Kroger Plus card. Forget or lose the school’s bar code? That’s okay…just go to the customer service desk and they will set you up right there!
TARGET: If you have a Target REDCard, have your card available and go to Target’s website. RES School ID #103863
Employer Matching Gifts
Does your employer offer a Matching Gift Program? You may not know this, but many employers will match donations to eligible educational institutions dollar-for-dollar, or reward employees for time volunteered to the school. Capital One does this! Please check with your employer to make sure that RES can receive the full benefit from all that you already contribute!
Thank you for helping with the “Operation Free Money” project at RES. If you have any questions, or would like to help coordinate one of these programs, contact Tracy Cronin.
