Walk, run, hop, skip or jump onboard with our fall fundraiser! 100% of the proceeds goes directly to our school. This year, we are raising money to go towards the renovation of our outdoor track.

Your job as a Randolph family is to ask family members, neighbors, friends and co-workers to sponsor your child. Information packets will go home with students on September 11 – please review these materials! Complete as many sponsor mailers as possible (10 per child is our goal) and/or collect sponsor donations in the given collection envelope. Students who return 10 sponsor forms and/or sponsor donations will receive a Roadrunners on the Run brag tag! All addressed and stamped mailers and collected donations need to be returned to your child’s teacher by September 25 in the white collection envelope. We will then mail out your sponsor letters from school with return envelopes included. Your sponsors can simply fill out the form and mail their donation back to Randolph. (Don’t forget to include stamps on your mailers!)

Families are welcome to come cheer us on during the day of the run! Check out the event schedule to find out when your child’s class will be participating and visit our Sign-Up Genius link to volunteer. Each child will receive, at no charge, Roadrunners on the Run t-shirts to wear the day of the event, thanks to our generous sponsors.

An annual tradition for Randolph families! Preorder a great meal (pizza, spaghetti & meatballs, salad, rolls and drink) and visit the dessert table filled with homemade goodies. After your meal, have fun playing an assortment of games set up around the school and enjoy moon bounces and a DJ in the multi-purpose room.

While the kids are playing, parents can come down to the Media Center and place bids on great items including evenings out on the town to themed baskets (Game Night, Gardening, Gift Cards, Baking and more!). Then stay and hear the auction winners announced after the 4th & 5th Grade Chorus performance. Room mothers will be sending home information about your child’s classroom basket, with a list of ideas to help make it a top seller! Make sure to send in an item for your basket and if you have an item that would work in another classroom basket (there will be a list of baskets on the PTA bulletin board outside the cafeteria), please let us know! Auction items must be paid for at the event, no exceptions. Cash, check or make payment with a credit card via Square.

If you are a local business owner, why not consider sponsoring Spaghetti Dinner Night? We’ll recognize your business on signage at the event, in our PTA newsletter, and on our blog.
