Randolph Roadrunner Warrior

RANDOLPH ROADRUNNER WARRIOR

WHO
Randolph Students & Families

WHAT
3rd Annual Randolph Roadrunner Warrior

WHEN and WHERE
October 19, 2018 at Randolph Elementary School

WHY
To raise money for our school, promote physical fitness, and have fun with our friends!

HOW can I help?
Walk, run, crawl, swing or jump onboard with our fall fundraiser! In lieu of a catalog fundraiser – which requires us to hand over as much as 60% of the money raised – the PTA will sponsor a fun-filled event where 100% of the proceeds goes directly to our school. Throughout the day on October 19, 2018, students, teachers and Randolph staff will have the opportunity to run, jump, crawl, hand, and swing through fun filled obstacles. Students will ask family members, neighbors, friends and parents’ co-workers to sponsor their participation. Information packets will come home with students on September 14th, so please review these materials!

Contact as many sponsors as possible!  10 potential sponsors per student is our goal. Students who contact at least 10 sponsors will be entered into a drawing for a special surprise! Students can seek sponsorship in three ways:

Ask friends and family members in person and collect their money in your white envelope. Record their name and dollar amount on your white collection envelope.

Contact sponsors by email using our customizable sample message. Donors can visit our online store and keep their transaction paperless! For online donations, be sure to ask your sponsor to add your child’s name and teacher’s name in the “Write a Note to Seller” box during checkout.  Or attach a student sponsor letter to your email and donors can download it and mail it to RES with their donation.  Record the name of your potential sponsors on your white collection envelope.

Contact sponsors via U.S. mail with a sponsor letter, which enclosed in your white collection envelope.  Fill in, address, and stamp these mailers and return them in your white collection envelope.  We will mail them for you and include stamped return envelopes!  Record the name of your potential sponsors on your white collection envelope.

Collection envelopes are due to your child’s teacher by October 5th.  Please make sure the chart on the front is complete with who was contacted and how they were contacted.  If sponsors were contacted via U.S. mail, please make sure sponsor letters are filled in, addressed, and stamped.  We will take care of the rest.  Any money collected up to this point also needs to be in the collection envelope.
