Annual Randolph Roadrunner Warrior Challenge

Raise money for our school while having fun with your friends!
HOW can I help?
Walk, run, crawl, swing or jump onboard with our fall fundraiser! In lieu of a catalog fundraiser – which requires us to hand over as much as 60% of the money raised – the PTA will sponsor a fun-filled event where 100% of the proceeds goes directly to our school.
Throughout the day on October 6th, students, teachers and Randolph staff will have the opportunity to run, jump, crawl, hand, and swing through fun filled obstacles. Your job is to ask family members, neighbors, friends and co-workers to sponsor your child. Information packets will go home with students the first week of September- please review these materials! Contact as many sponsors as possible by email or by completing sponsor mailers (10 potential sponsors per child is our goal) and/or collect sponsor donations in the given collection envelope. Students who contact 10 sponsors by sending email, returning completed and stamped sponsor forms, and/or collecting sponsor donations will receive an entry into the raffle to dunk Mr. Gardner! All addressed and stamped mailers and collected donations need to be returned to your child’s teacher by September 25 in the white collection envelope. We will then mail out your sponsor letters from school with return envelopes included. Your sponsors can simply fill out the form and mail their donation back to Randolph. (Don’t forget to include stamps on your mailers!)
Send your sponsors to our online store for an easy way to make a donation! Customize our sample email for your friends and family and send it, along with a sponsor form, to collect donations. Sponsors can make an online donation, or download the form and mail it back with payment. For online donations, be sure to ask your sponsor to add your child’s name and teacher’s name in the “Write a Note to Seller” box during checkout.
Families are welcome to come cheer us on during the day of the run! Check out the event schedule (coming soon) to find out when your child’s class will be participating, and visit our sign-up genius link (coming soon) to volunteer. Each child will receive, at no charge, Randolph Roadrunner Warrior t-shirts to wear the day of the event. Oct 6, starting at 3:00, volunteers will be setting up the incredible obstacle course and various activities that lay ahead for all of our Roadrunners from PreK- 5th grade! It takes a lot of work to pull this off!
If you can please come and lend a hand, I promise to make good use of your volunteer time. A generous donation of pizzas and came in from a donor who wishes to remain anonymous and has arranged for these to be delivered to the back of the school between 3-5 for all who can give me a “YES!” I can help, for tomorrow afternoon/early evening. In addition, we do need folks to help take down the course on Friday afternoon from 2:30-3:30. I promise it won’t be hard! In fact, we can even ask DJ Dave to keep his tunes rolling while we take down the various obstacles. Everyone who helps will get a Warrior 2017 T-shirt as well! Come on…it will be fun!!
